The following are the rules for playing free lotto tickets on this site. Please read them carefully and abide by these rules. Failure to do so WILL result in the loss of any prizes won, and players will be banned from playing our free lotto. 1. In order to play this game you must meet the following requirements: I am at least 18 years old. I am an English speaking person (this is to ensure fairness to all our sponsor sites which are in English). By playing this game, I am not violating any laws in my country or state (this means void where prohibited). I am not affiliated with TodaysLottery.Com or any site affiliated with iWebScripts.com in any way. 2. We limit players to 2 players per household. 3. You may only use 1 email address. We log IP addresses (most servers on the internet do) so we can detect multiple users. Do not try and cheat. Doing so, will just end up getting you banned from our game. 4. You may play ONE ticket per sponsor per day. Our program stops you if you attempt to play more than one ticket for a particular sponsor. 5. Jackpot winnings will be paid out in 10 annual payments starting 3 months after the prize has been claimed. Please remember that prizes unclaimed for 30 days will be null and void. 6. If you win on more than one ticket in one week, you will be granted the highest prize (for example if you win on 4 tickets with the same numbers, we only pay you once). 7. Our numbers are drawn at random. 8. Any attempts by an individual or persons to shut down or damage this website will be investigated, and the individual or persons at fault will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Crimial and Civil charges will be filed, to seek justice, and all other costs (loss of revenue, damage, etc...). You were warned. 9. Our drawings start weekly on Wednesday Night @ 7:30:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Any tickets played after 7:29:59 PM Pacific Standard Time will be carried over into next week's drawing. 10. TodaysLottery.Com is not responsible for invalid entries caused by incompatibilities with our software. Nor is TodaysLottery.Com responsible for invalid entries caused by typographical errors caused by the player. 11. Servers do go down sometimes. You will not be able to play tickets while servers are down (we should be up 99.7 % of the time). If there is an extended down period, we are not responsible for your not being able to play a ticket. 12. We cannot be held responsible if for some reason our database goes down, or there are any errors of any kind. If in the event you recieve an email or see a link on any part of the site stating you won, you must first get your ticket and numbers confirmed by the TodaysLottery.Com Staff. 13. All winnings are paid in US currency. 14. If there are multiple winning tickets in one week (for the JackPot) by multiple players, the winnings will be shared between the multiple winners. 15. It is up to you the player to claim your prize. You will need to go to The Winners Circle to see if you are a winner and follow the directions in order to claim your prize. Any prize that goes unclaimed is null and void once the new weeks drawing takes place (this is with exception to jackpots, you have 30 days from the date drawn to claim any jackpot). 16. We back up our servers DAILY, so if anything should happen to our database of players and numbers, it will be backed up. 17. We will ONLY give out prizes to the email address owner, so please make sure your email address is entered in correctly. We will not be held liable if you are the winner but you entered in the wrong email address. 18. If a dispute arises between you (the player) and TodaysLottery.Com (the company) you will have a chance to tell your side of the story. However while there will be a lot of times we agree with you, you (the player) knows and accepts that our decision is final. 19. You must have fun on this website... :).
